Turns out perfect every time and it doesn’t have that artificial taste that so many boxed mixes do. You could easily pass this off as homemade. It’s very flavorful and moist.

I used this mix for muffins and in loaf form, with and without cream cheese icing as a treat for co-workers over the last few years and it was always a crowd pleaser. As good as homemade!
