    I’m not sure how anyone, except a young child, could find these cookies delicious. I even tried coating the bottoms with chocolate, but it didn’t help. Bad tasting filling and bad tasting, overly thick cookies. No butter flavor at all. Trader Joe’s make many delicious pastries and desserts, but this is not one of them.

    I am absolutely addicted to these! Yes, they are thick, but they are so tender. The jam is not too sweet as well. They are similar to Jammie Dodgers in the U.K. but softer and thicker.

    WHY? I’m a fool. How many years have I looked at the seasonal display and walked away?? On my death bed I will mourn those wasted years.

    These are SO delicious. Fluffy and soft.

    The best darn cookies I have ever had. They’re the perfect blend of soft and chewy without loosing the appatizing crisp edge of a perfect cookie. And the jam is heavenly- not too sweet or messy
