I can’t believe this doesn’t have any reviews! I really love these jicama wraps–I’ve got some issues with gluten and I don’t like a lot of gluten-free breads and wraps, so I gave these a try to make mini tofu “tacos”. I was VERY pleased! They are crunchy and cool but don’t really taste like anything so they don’t clash with the flavors. A great bread alternative!
