mmm! This stuff is great for anyone who loves chocolate and/or ice cream but can’t eat dairy. It’s really creamy and smooth – more so than a lot of other coconut milk brands.

Very chocolatey with a hint of coconut flavor. Creamy. very tasty for a non-dairy “ice cream” . No cholesterol. Coconut does provide Fat/saturated fat. However, there is a long list of “unnatural” sounding ingredients- dextrose, guar gum, maltodextrin (corn), Locust bean gum — An organic, healthier version would be better, but probably more expensive.

I’m sensitive to a lot of food, and I can eat this coconut milk “ice cream” without having a reaction. It’s creamy. The coconut doesn’t overpower the flavor. I love this stuff

THE PERFECT DAIRY FREE ICE CREAM!!! Oh my god I don’t miss Mayfield or Bluebell at ALL. The texture and taste are IDENTICAl and this product has saved my life doing this dairy free diet. Not to mention it’s got much less sugar?! NEVER STOP MAKING THIS. 🙂

Avoiding dairy while abhorring coconut is a tricky situation. Many ice cream substitutes are made with the stuff, and for good reason; unfortunately, they often not only have the texture of coconut, but the taste and aroma of it as well. Even if the purported flavor is something else entirely.
So I generally avoid coconut-based dairy products. However, this was recently served to me by a non-vegan who doesn’t know coconut milk from cashew, and I was pleasantly surprised by its pure chocolatiness! I even went back for seconds!
Now, if only it were available in a quart. (Or a gallon.)
