Yummy… Is it gluten free?

I love this salad, it’s so hearty and delicious, the perfect combo of textures and taste of tart sweet apple chunks, grapes, walnuts and chicken. I ‘m not big on super spicy meals, but I do love to add Trader Joe’s Jalapeno light green sauce for the added kick. This might be seasonal since it’s not always in stock at my local TJ’s but if you see it on the shelves, I would grab one if I were you.

This was a delicious salad until I cracked a tooth on a piece of walnut shell in it. It wasn’t a small piece either about a quarter of an inch and also very sharp. It cut my gum and bled for several minutes. Cost me a couple of hundred bucks with Delta Dental!
