These pumpkin overnight oats are really good! If you like Trader Joe’s regular almond butter overnight oats, and you like pumpkin stuff, you’ll probably enjoy it. It actually tasted like pumpkin cookie batter to me. For being only 200 calories, it’s pretty dessert-like. I can enjoy it as breakfast, a snack, or as mentioned, dessert. So glad that TJ’s came out with a seasonal flavor of the overnight oats! Although I’d actually gladly eat this flavor year-round, too. The ingredients are also pretty simple and wholesome, which is nice, so it’s fairly nutritional.
