Cooked per directions but fries were soggy and not crisp

We were so excited when you finally got in stock root vegetables fries.We bought three bags and couldn’t wait to try them. Cooked them up, followed directions, they didn’t even brown. Kept putting them back in oven. They finally turned or looked done. They were soggy when put in mouth, awful. Please bring back old root vegetables fries, they were delicious. .
