These are really good! I put them on a Beyond Burger, and I also tried some plain by themselves on the side. Good texture, taste, and not overly soggy or too chewy. I’m sometimes picky about artichokes, but I love these and I’ll definitely buy them again.

I have been snacking on these for the past month. I typically eat jarred artichokes in oil at home but these are great for on the go. They taste just as good and the packaging is very convenient to take with you. for an added dose of fiber, flavor and nutrition

Just made a sandwich with the Trader Joe’s jalapeño and artichoke dip covered with a package of marinated artichokes. It was so delicious. Going to stock up in these artichoke packets. I love this with Indian nan bread.
