Wow this is addicting! I baked it in the oven and topped with some corn, sour cream and a little sliced green onion. Delish! 🙂

Flavor was very bland, did not have any Mexican spice. Toppings we’re poorly spread out, it was all in clumps. I did eat it, but won’t get it again.
