If you like peanut butter and chocolate (I know, dumb question) and you ALSO like the gritty sugary/salty texture of unbaked cookies, particularly oatmeal cookies, then you will LOVE THESE. Since these are BARS and not cookies, they have that little extra something you get in bar fiber/texture. Or maybe it’s the gluten freeness that makes it more like this, I don’t know. But it doesn’t matter, these are incredible.
