thicker than regular pappardelle. I recommend cooking at least 6 minutes for al dente bite. No chili powder or paprika flavor.

Excellent with Lobster claws and squid cooked in red marinara sauce. Add red pepper to your choice of spicy. Slow cook for 40 minutes. Pour over Black and Orange pappardelle.
Option . Can add clam juice , red wine or any other shell fish of you choice. Adding shrimp wait until 5 minutes to finish to add.
