Crispy Italian pastry with eggplants, a blend of four cheeses, and tomatoes.
Ingredients: wheat flour, eggplant, margarine, water, ricotta cheese, bechamel, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, mozzarella cheese, grana padano cheese, sunflower oil, salt, sugar, skim milk powder, lactose, butter powder, salt, milk proteins, pecorino romano cheese, extra virgin olive oil, onion, basil, animal rennet, cornstarch, white pepper, garlic powder.
Contains milk, egg, wheat. May contain soy and pistachio.
Nutrition: 180 calories per serving (about 2 pieces), 6 servings per container.

Just tried it last night. Did it in the airfryer…needed a couple minutes less than the instructions, but what a treat!! Crispy!! And it unraveled the way it should and the eggplant was tasty. Will definitely get this again!!

Amazing! Planned to do as appetizers for a holiday party. Went to my local store and it’s sold out, there’s not an open spot anymore either. Hope they bring them back!

Absolutely amazing. It will be nice to have a little less salt, but I still love it!!! I went to TJ just for Sfogliatelle, but did not see it today.
This is my #2 favorite from TJ. My #1 is Pesto Gnocchi I used to buy back in 2008 or 2009.

We tried these and absolutely LOVED them and went back today to get more and we were told it was a promotional item and might be back later in the year!! We have no idea why this particular item would be promotional and not kept year round. We were so bummed that they weren’t getting them back now!

Wonderful change from eating plain eggplant parmigiana.The crisp texture of the flaky Sfogliatelle adds a great dimension to the eggplant. Will definitely purchase again. Hopefully to see this product again soon in Trader Joe’s!

I didn’t know what to expect. as I tossed them onto a shelf in my air fryer. 25 minutes later I was flabbergasted. I expected that they would run all over the place. They didn’t. It took quite a while to cool down enough to consume. They were truly awesome.

I was surprised how well they held together and didn’t ooze out everywhere. That’s where my praise ends. I found them very oily and subpar flavor. Looks like I am the odd one out since all the other reviews are so positive. Would not purchase again.
