Absolutely the best bread we have ever tasted! 3-4 minutes in the toaster oven and it is crisp on the outside and perfectly soft inside.
We will be stocking up on this for certain.

This olive fougasse is DELICIOUS! I’m sure it would be even better toasted, but even straight out of the bag it’s great. I have never had any kind of fougasse before so I don’t know what they are supposed to be like, but I love this one. The texture and flavor ares very similar to a bialy – a course, glutiny doughs with holes of varying sizes and a nice crust, with just the right amount of tender kalamata olive pieces and seaasoning (oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil). It is also dairy free and kosher certified. I’m not sure where this is available, though I am able to purchase it in south Florida.

Just discovered this yesterday at the Oakland, Lakeshore store!! Even better than I expected. Toaster oven on 350 for 3-4 minutes! Great with hummus! Please don’t let this be a seasonal item, TJ!!!

As a bread and olive enthusiast… this may be one of the best things I’ve ever gotten from TJ’s!! I recommend baking in oven for 4 minutes so it gets beautifully crispy on the outside and evenly toasted on the inside.

The textures—crispy outside, soft inside—and flavors are simply outstanding. Quick to warm up. I dipped it in olive oil seasoned with herbs and it was out of this world. I do hope this will be stocked year round and not a seasonal? Fingers crossed!

I sliced a loaf open and put the Trader Joe’s Toscana Black Pepper cheese on it and toasted it. Added a slice of smoked turkey-really tasty and delicious.
