No taste to it as you would suspect from the color given. I thought I wouldn’t need sauce based on the color, like I don’t necessarily need sauce on Tri color pastas like Ronzoni. Besides the fact cheese, sauce or oil is definitely needed, it literally has no taste whatsoever. To me it’s a pointless pasta. A lot of hype with the “organic” label & shape & coloring. I got two bags trying it for the first time. It’s a good amount of food in a bag & it’s $3.49? I forget the price but I would not be buying this again.
