Meh – this is nothing special taste-wise. The bag packaging is cute (although kind of wasteful to have each bag individually wrapped in plastic), but it’s far from the best pomegranate tea I’ve had. It has the bitterness of pomegranate but not the deeper sweetness and is pretty bland overall.

I really enjoyed this tea — I don’t drink a ton of tea in general, but this is my favorite to get from Trader Joe’s. I like the blend of flavors and it’s a great price.

I never had white tea by itself, only in Joe’s brew with the pomegranate. But obviously, white tea is light in color and apparently light in flavor, too. Not sure there is such a thing as a strong cup of white tea.
The pomegranate in this brew is also light, lighter, lightest.
If you add white tea with juuust a pinch of pomegranate, the result is this, a very light tea. It makes a tea that’s light red. Did I mention “light?”
If you want something strong, you’ll be disappointed here.
But it’s a good flavor. I find it habit forming. I’m happy to have a cup or two per day. If you don’t have a sweet tooth, you won’t need sugar.
I can’t find anything written about whether the dried pomegranate in this tea has any of the alleged health benefits of fresh pomegranate. But hope springs eternal.
And I’m a little sensitive to caffeine, consistent with being a little nervous even before I have any caffeine. So white tea with less caffeine is just right for me.

I’m just not a fan. White tea tends to be very delicate and the fruity note in this is too sour. The flavors are unbalanced. I could see this being better if you brew it strongly, sweeten it and then chill it in the fridge. As a warm tea, I’m just not impressed.

BEST TEA EVER!!!!! We drink it cold with a smidge of POM juice and been drinking it for 15years that way. A daily COMMITTMENT, keeps the carotid artery clear

I love this tea. So refreshing for summer as iced and winter fresh brewed warm. Last time I was at the jenkintown pa store it was not on the shelf, I was so disappointed. Not sure why you cancelled it. Great tea.
