I bought this bread yesterday in Cary, NC and it was RAW on the inside. Disgusting and can make someone sick. No quality control from this vendor.

I’ve been a Tuscan Pan fan for decades, and I loved the old Pan better than this new one. It’s so raw…am I supposed to finish baking at home? There are no instructions for finishing the baking on the wrapper.
