This was my favorite frozen pizza ever! I wish I could still find it.

What goat do I have to sacrifice and to whom in order to get this product back? Yes, after a few iterations the toppings became a little sparse, but…let’s be honest…I was always doctoring up this baby with some extra cheese, onion, additional tomatoes, and some actual fresh basil. It’s the cheese/tomato base and the PUFF PASTRY that I want back, baby! I want it back so badly! It was the perfect size to split for two, and it basically acted like the best possible base for a homey, tasty, puff pastry margherita pizza.
I will never know love like this again, I fear.

I often think fondly of this pizza as my favorite ever produced by a grocery store. I understand products are done with because they don’t sell so i have to wonder how many poor souls never got to experience this magic because they wanted meat on their pizza. There is a new pastry pizza that they do but it’s not puff. It’s not the same and nothing will replace this pizza in my heart

I’m so glad in modern times people are still thinking about this product. It was discontinued by 2011 or 2012, but I remember it being my revelatory gateway into all the glory of Trader Joe’s frozen food. The pizza was simple yet tasty and the tartness of the tomatoes blended perfectly with the puff pastry.
