we had this tonight and it wasn’t even edible. it had a strange fishy smell to it. We bought it yesterday and a roasted it off in the oven. it had a strange sponge texture to the meat that I have not seen before. this type of quality is not what I have come to expect from TJ’s but this is one I will not by again.

Alright. Best eaten fresh out of the oven, as the baking process depletes the meat of the added saltwater and dries it out. Salted okay but pretty unseasoned, you’ll probably want to season it yourself.
