A lot like classic lemon bars. I would like to have it be more tangy and lemony but it’s very good.

So here’s the thing. After 9 years in L.A. i moved to norcal (cupertino area) and the tart looks totally different and all of them are always cracked and broken. In LA they were solid with white powdered sugar and a nice crust. In norcal they look thrown together. Its very strange. I was hoping maybe they’d fix this and use one recipe to insure consistency. Its like buying a generic brand =0(
