A nice healthy snack or side dish — healthier than rice, and still tastes good (even my kids were willing to eat some once they tried a small bite). Very easy to make.

I use this in so many ways..fry up with onions, garlic, soy sauce. ..saute with onions add cream and shredded cheddar. .substitute for rice in casseroles. ..love love love it

Love this, keep the freezer stocked. Great for fried dishes, added to soup at the last minute or just heated with vegetables. I became allergic to rice so this is a wonderful alternative.
