I feel lazy when i buy this yet it’s great to add a bit to a green salad, or saute for a side dish, or toss into soup. Look carefully before buying, sometimes the outer edges of the veggies are a bit dry. Great variety of veggies in it and saves me a lot of chopping time

Husband and I were at the TJ’s on Shepherd in Houston (our favorite to date, but still waiting for the one closer to us on Westheimer to open!), and a nice woman was giving samples of an arugula pizza and this Health 8 chopped veggie salad tossed with your sweet onion and bacon vinaigrette. The hubby liked the dressing/salad; I loved the veggies, but not the dressing; too much sugar for a diabetic, though it tasted wonderful! Bought a container of the chopped veggies and tossed them with a ginger/soy vinaigrette (no sugar/substitute), and it was in-freakin-credible! Great the first night; better the next, like an Asian coleslaw! Love y’all, welcome to Texas!! 🙂 Please open in our neighborhood SOON!

I am addicted to the convenience and the easy way to increase daily veggie intake. One cup dbasically doubled veggies for my daily intake. For morning, I make a 2 egg burrito with 1 cup of veggies. I use high fiber tortillia and 1 tsp of TJ’s Jalapeno Sauce, add 1/2 oz of cheese. Yum, yum, yum. BTW, these veggies can be frozen so I buy 3-4 bowls each time I shop and put one cup of veggies in snack baggies for freezing. Easy peasy.

Love this stuff. I throw it in the food processor with a container of cottage cheese, and some good paprika, salt and pepper. I process it until the veggies are about half the size they were when they went in. Delish.
