It’s not crumbly. Its a weird texture with a lot of moisture.

Not crumbly at all and does not taste like Gorgonzola, it’s kind of waxy and tastes weird, like cheese that has been frozen and thawed. Definitely would not recommend.

Made from cows and sheeps milk. Sheeps milk is used for making Roquefort but this cheese is way cheaper than Roquefort and is still crumbly and moist. Excellent value indeed and one of the least expensive cheeses you will find at Trader Joe’s.

For my taste, it was absolutely excellent!
Mild, creamy rich, so flavorful and a really great value. I could go through 2 wedges a week. And I seriously miss it.

Excellent cheese, please bring it back… excellent for a quick sauce for a steak (mix over med heat some cheese and half-and-half and drizzle over steak), for a “blue-cheese” dressing with yogurt, on a cheese platter with honey and nuts, jams, and many other uses…

This was the most excellent product sold at TJ’s. You have crushed my family’s food future. No other vendor’s cheese
approaches the sublime taste of this product in gorgonzola and walnut pasta. Bring back this cheese or resign in shame!
