We thought this was very good. Use it for tacos, chili, soups and salads. The texture seems firm but it melts wonderfully in soups and has great flavor! We will definitely try more cheese from TJ!

Horrible for melting since it’s “reduced fat.” Has the squeaky consistency of chewing gum.
