I was looking for another dried ghost pepper shaker, but they had these instead. These are excellent if used in small amounts to your dish or dip. These bottles are small and expensive($12 for the 3 pack), but competitive to online prices. Most other grocery stores don’t sell ghost pepper or hotter spices so you have to go online or trader joes to get them. I wish they sold these in larger individual bottles and year round.

Very tasty and they actually bring the heat – but the small size of the flakes allows careful control of how much you get, so people with less tolerance can enjoy these flavors as well. The ghost peppers are a tiny bit hotter than the chipotle ghost pepper grinder TJ’s sells in May because the chipotle smoking seems to mellow out the heat a little. I agree completely with what Chris said above about price and availability.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!! this stuff and cannot get enough of it! I have searched far and wide for more of the Reaper, Scorpion and Ghost Pepper set like you have it but have not come across it. I must have bought at least a dozen or more sets when you had them available but are now out of them. Would be MOST GRATEFUL if you would email me AS SOON AS you have your shipment in.
