These gluten-free TJ’s ginger cookies are some of my favorite ginger cookies that I’ve ever had! Especially given that they’re crunchy (I normally prefer soft cookies). They have the perfect amount of crunch, and the ginger chunks are absolutely delicious (not too overwhelmingly spicy or hard).
Even if you’re not gluten-free I would highly recommend these. To me they’re better than any of the other TJ’s ginger cookies.

I’m very impressed of the most delicious cookies from Trader Joe’s as my family brought back to us. So soft, very ginger-taste & I love it because it’s “gluten free”. Wow! So yummy.

These cookies are my favorite cookies of all time and not as high in calories or sugar as a lot of cookies are. Why have they been discontinued, TJ’s? And what can we do to bring them back?
You sold them for the low price of $3.99, and now I see ‘scalpers’ online asking over $20 per package for them! What’s up with that? Were there insiders who knew ahead of time about them being discontinued, so they were able to buy up the stock and then demand outrageous prices for them?

Why have my favorite cookies of all time been discontinued? They are delicious and, as cookies go, relatively low in calories or fat. Trader Joe’s also sold them for under $4 a package, and now scalpers (insider traders?) are offering them online for up to $26 per package (plus shipping?)
I hope TJ’s can bring them back even if they have to raise the price a little.

If you do nto want to pay $20 or more then buy Tate’s Bake Shop Gluten Free Ginger Zinger Cookies. They are the same thing and Trader Joes probably got them from Tates and put their label on them. You can find them at Safeway, Krogers, etc

How could you possibly discontinue our favorite cookie, just in time for the holidays? You know there’s not a lot of joy this time of year, especially in the midst of the pandemic, so thanks for adding to that.

Five stars for the cookies, and half a star for Trader Joe’s who seem to always discontinue any product I actually like. Decaf chai mix. Potato stix. Dairy free vanilla ice cream. Nougat candy. And now these. Thanks for the memories.

To all of you giving low star ratings, TJ’s can point to the low stars (without reading the reviews) and say they’re not bring them back because people obviously don’t like them, despite the fact they are a tremendously delicious cookie. In the meantime, I will try Tate’s and hope they’re close. I concur with other reviewers, they are delicious and I hope you bring them back.
