These have a great flavor, and they actually taste pretty close to a restaurant version of spring rolls. The basil taste in these is stronger than in most spring rolls, FYI for anyone who either loves or hates basil. Perfect amount of crunch, and heats evenly, which is nice — not like some frozen spring rolls where the outside is crunchy but the veggies inside are mushy and cold.

For being frozen (and not from an authentic Asian restaurant source), these are good!

Just tried these today for lunch and was (happily) impressed by the flavor and texture of these rolls. Will definitely purchase again!

Regretable! I’m not sure what others are used to when they think of Spring Rolls. But these heavy sodden lumps were just ghastly. The flavor inside is actually quite good but the outer wrap is so heavy that after one bite I ate the insides out of the other 4 rolls and threw the outside out. In my book, a spring roll should bake up flavorful, crispy, and light! Never Again!
I might add that in all of my happy shopping sprees at Trader Joe’s this is only the 2nd item I’ve ever purchased and couldn’t eat.

I love Trader Joe’s chicken spring rolls. The first time I tried them, I went back the next day and bought 3 more boxes because when I want them again, they will in my freezer waiting for me.

I LOVE Trader Joe’s!!! But … I’m sure they already know the issue with cooking 5 rolls (9 ounces) in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, that will come out dry, and only 5 ounces after all that time in a hot oven… with no sauce packs or ANYTHING to take the dryness out of it included in the cute package…. Nope! I’m not going to bash Trader Joe’s. They already know how this product is a waste of time, energy and any anticipation one might put into it for a half hour after turning their oven on at 400 degrees. For 5 ounces of dried out food.

My family and I thought they were great!

Usually I make two in the toaster oven to accompany Trader Joe’s Mandarin Chicken or Kumg Pao Chicken. They come out perfect but need a good dipping sauce. Skip Trader Joe’s sauce and get the best Thai dipping sauce available- Granma’s. Not cheap but so good!

These are good! Off my Trader Joe’s haul this one actually didn’t disappoint! Taste like Drunken Noodles (Thai Food). Wish it came with a sauce!
