This was an interesting take on gluten-free pizza crust, and pretty good overall! I “defrosted” it for the amount of time the package indicated, and didn’t put it in the oven until it was all the way pre-heated, but it still wasn’t even close to being done after being in for the number of minutes the package indicated. I left it in for several more minutes and it still wasn’t crispy at all. It had more of a pita/lavash bread-like texture.
However, it ended up being really tasty like that, so no major complaints here. Quite different from Udi’s gluten-free pizza crust, which is very hard and crunchy. This TJ’s version is cheaper, which is nice. I would buy it again.
