I do not like coffee ice cream, but my friend, Cynthia, insisted that I try this one. I was amazed at how delicious it was. I went to Trader Joe’s and bought two of them that very week. I raved about it to my boss, co-workers, friends, and family. A few days after that I went back to buy one for a friend of mine, but they were all out. Apparently, it’s seasonal only. I wish it was available all year because I talked it up SO much. If the kona coffee cookie mocha swirl ice cream was available for longer I do not doubt it would become a very popular item. Now I have to wait until next April to get more.
