nice thick cut—-but just didnt taste all that good–i love a thick pork chop but this just has an off taste and is too salty for my taste.
suggest buying your own thick cut— sometimes refered to as cowboy cut– and brining it yourself—–i seared it in a cast iron skillet-finished it in oven—i am an expert home cook so i know what a delish chop tastes like!!!

Such a beautiful chop. However, it is too too salty. I am a gourmet cook and there was no way to camoflage the saltiness.
Unfortunately we had to throw the 2 chops out.

Such a beautiful looking chop. However it is too, too salty. I am a gourmet cook and there was no possible way to camouflage the salt after it was cooked.
We love the store and was so happy that it opened in North Brunswick, New Jersey. It really only deserves the 1 star for the thickness and cut of the chop…..

I grilled this chop last night. My husband and I loved it. I am surprised at the reviews saying it was salty. Ours was not salty at all.
