Yummy! And a simple way to create a quick appetizer for after work. Just strain, and drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, pinch of kosher salt, and a grinding of black pepper.

I’m in love with these! I used half the package on a salad with some of the olive oil that came in the package. With the other half, I gave a quick blast of heat in the microwave and served on a cheese and charcuterie tray. I love the possibilities of this product…maybe pasta next time!

The Trader Joe’s grilled artichoke hearts are awesome!! I put them in a gratin dish, drizzled with a few drops of fresh lemon juice and topped lightly with Italian seasoned panko crumbs, small amount of Romano and mozzarella cheese and baked at 400 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. Served with a simple salad and glass of white wine…perfect for light dinner.

These are AMAZING ! I lived in Spain and these are the first prepared artichokes that come close to the real thing. They are simply delicious – perfect on an appetizer tray. My favorites are the grilled ones but the tiny baby artichoke hearts are delicious drained, put in a small baking dish, top with buttered bread crumbs with a little parmesan and bake a few minutes. Also great served cold with a remoulade. Gives a real boost to your pre-dinner drinks! PLEASE keep stocking these. My local TJ store sold out. They said they are a one time purchase and not sure if they will re-order.

GREAT artichokes! Had them on a charcuterie plate at a party and asked the host where she got them. They are a staple in my pantry now 🙂

I love this product!
Very hard to find.
I made a lasagna with these artichoke hearts (drain the oil), thawed and squeezed frozen spinach, mushrooms, and a creamy sauce. (cheese and lasagna noodles) added of course.
Perfectly Delicious!!!

These are amazing, versatile and a must have pantry addition! Please keep them in stock! My 86 yr old mother traveled 50 miles to her nearest Trader Joe’s for more and they had none in stock!

Excellent artichokes. I asked the manager at my TJs to bring them in and he did! Just ask your store manager and they’ll order for you, even if you only want one.

Great product, they are now sold in quarters, instead of halves. But it is the same product except fo the size. Great for Keto dieters.

I’m not crazy about these, because, I think, of the spices/herbs used. But since they’re not listed individually I’m not sure which bothered me. Doing some recipe research tho, perhaps sumac or paprika or cumin? any of which would not please me. Not to self – read ingredients carefully. Not to TJs – it’s all about flavors so tell us what flavors are there

I guess I got unlucky with the two packs that I bought. The pieces looked nice, but were poorly trimmed or not grilled long enough so that over half of each one was too woody to be edible. I have had much better luck with Trader Joe’s own marinated grilled artichokes in a jar.

I didn’t have any issues with my pack having fibrous, hard to eat pieces. On the contrary it was pretty consistent throughout and I really liked them. Definitely a winner!
