These are delicious! I first added a couple slices of bacon that I chopped to a skillet and cooked until crispy. I removed the bacon and some of the grease and used the remaining grease to make a cream sauce with heavy cream, a little chicken stock or wine, and cracked black pepper. Add the ravioli before the sauce reduces to heat them. Toss with fresh grated parmesan, the bacon crumbles, and some diced green onions. YUM!
