I was very excited to try these anchovies.. but was extremely disappointed. They are way too salty. They over power absolutely everything else you eat them with. I don’t recommend.

I really like Cento anchovies – and I eat a lot of anchovies! Of course, Ortiz is the top of the line, but Cento does a fine job and they are a good price at TJ’s. Nice to have a few tins in the pantry. And they are supposed to be salty.
