This review is for the IPA salami, specifically. I’ve had other Columbus salamis and they’re okay, not great, but okay. But this India Pale Ale salami is terrible! I love IPAs but this didn’t taste like it at all. The “hop” flavor tasted like bug repellant – no joke. Very dissapointed.

I purchase the Columbus India pale ale salami while I was in CA last week. All I can say… It was the best tasting salami I’ve ever had. You can really taste the IPA in it. I went looking for it when I got back to Virginia, but haven’t found a place that sales it.
