I would like to know how much caffeine is in a capsule before I try the product. The label does not provide this information, therefore I am giving this product one star. When I find out the caffeine content I can try it out and provide a better review. Thank you.

I started taking Green Tea supplements after my neck & spine doctor told me to drink green tea daily to reduce inflammation & help with joint damage. I looked up taking green tea supplements vs drinking green tea & found info stating the polyphenols were better absorbed with supplements. The pills are easy to take & I don’t think I have any notieable side effects from them, HOWEVER, I have recently read that there can be some very dangerous side effects from taking higher doses of green tea supplements, including severe liver damage.
I believe that supplements should be required to include warnings about the possibility of dangerous side effects, such as liver damage etc, on their labels.

I have the bottle but like the other person above I’m hesitant to take it unless I know the amount of caffeine it contains per capsule. Any help would be great.
