This is a good sauce in a rushed household. My kid loves it. For me it is average, but better priced that it’s equal at large grocery stores. That makes it a good buy.

Meh.
Maybe, if you need a basic white sauce base in a rush – but it would definitely need to be ‘doctored up’. The cheese flavor isn’t up to my standard (picky).

This alfredo sauce is awesome. Unlike most jarred alfredo sauce… it isn’t disgustingly salty. It doesn’t have an overly garlic taste that I’ve tasted in a few. Just butter, cream and a mild parm cheese…it’s actually the closest to real alfredo sauce (taste wise) I have found. As with anything, personal taste will determine rating. It’s also a wonder base sauce to other recipes.

I have become a fan of the frozen Fettucinni Alfredo, which I throw some shrimp into … but thinking I should go with doing my own pasta and a sauce. (My guy doesn’t do pasta anymore, but I occasionally crave it, and since I’ve been back at it, that craving increases. 🙂
So, this is a review of the frozen version which doesn’t show up, and a hint that I’ll find your brand of fettucinni, and try this sauce.
I’m assuming this will be a 4 star, but I haven’t tried it.
