Eating this muesli unadorned is a punishment. Only by adding some honey and cinnamon was I able to make it barely palatable. Does fat-free have to mean “tastes like sawdust”?

I don’t believe that I’ve had muesli before but I was looking for a healthy cold cereal option when we visited Trader Joe’s yesterday afternoon. I had a bowl this morning. As my first time eating it, I think I had too much in my bowl as the rolled oats did get soggy. I’ll do a smaller serving next time. I did enjoy it though. No added sugar except through the dried fruits. Eating it with some sweetened almond milk made for a good start to my day.

But sawdust (ie, low sugar) and whole grains can help to keep you clear from
Type II !! Want to really spice it up? Mix in a little of TJ’s plain (low sugar) Kifer!
Sally, where did you find it? I can no longer locate this product at any of my local retailers!
