I so wanted this to be yummy.
Alas, it is just too gummy…
I tried all 3 cooking methods: boiled, pan fried, microwaved. Made no difference. Very gummy.
Not just gummy, stick to your teeth gummy. More starch than cauliflower. Save your money.

These are delicious! I cook mine in an air fryer till they get nice and crispy and then just eat them with butter, nothing else. They’re not quite like anything else… They are very popular at my Trader Joe’s stores and often sold out when I go to restock.

These are delicious! I tried to cook them according the three methods on the package and they were gummy. The AIR FRYER is the way to go! Spritz them with oil and air fry them for nice crispy pillows of goodness!

Tasted too much like cauliflower even though I sauteed it and added meatballs and marinara sauce
