Way too many breadcrumbs and not enough of the actual cauliflower/gratin! Obviously breadcrumbs are delicious but I expected this to be more of a healthy dish.
Ms. I usually love everything from Trader Joes –
A friend recently raved about Trader Joe’s cauliflower gratin so I was excited to try this. Perhaps I heated it wrong or got a bad batch because it had a bitter taste. I even heated it in a glass container. I usually like cauliflower.
I ended up throwing out the entire package.
In contrast, Trader Joes corn pudding is superb!
