I’m really not feeling the cumin in this. It takes over the sauce and overpowers the flavors. Bummer.
Lori –
Amazing — I did not taste the cumin in mine. The flavor is wonderful and I put it on everything!

Love the flavor, I did not taste Cumin which is good since I dislike Cumin. A little thick for me and lacking a bit of texture. But, after I thinned it out a bit I am enjoying it and makes a great marinade for Grilled Shrimp!
Bonnie –
Not chimichurri. Authentic chimichurri is not cilantro based, not spicy and not emulsified. My Argentinean husband was appalled.

It’s good … it’s has cilantro and canola oil which shouldn’t be in authentic chimichurri , but it’s still has the flavor and wakens up your foods !

You can be one of those people who complains about “authenticity” of a Trader Joe’s product or you can acknowledge that this is a tasty condiment that goes on a lot of different things and enjoy it. Fantastic with those frozen bean and cheese taquitos they also sell. Good with tacos, burritos, and breakfast scrambles. I’ve used it in paninis too. Overall, something fun, bright, and different from the refrigerated sauce section
