There seems to be a very wide range of smoked salmon eaters when it comes to personal tastes and budgets; with these, you get a dozen smoked salmon “fleurettes” (fr. “little flowers”), each with a teaspoon dollop of fresh tasting, creamy cream cheese, and finished with a sprinkling of fresh minced chives.
I love them. The salmon tastes nicely smoked with no overpowering, cloying, or saltiness. They are not skimpy bites, and the pieces are maybe 3/4 to 1 cm thick. (No papery flimsy bits.)
I actually decided to spoil myself with a tray of these and use them as protein bites. Each fleurette is 35 calories and 4 grams protein. I was really trying to get in some healthy low-carb eating before Thanksgiving, and I have actually lost a few pounds! Haha. I made 4 meals out of this tray (eating other things as well and avoiding starchy stuff.). They are delicious and a good-sized bite, if you like smoked salmon.
If you have a higher budget, these would make wonderful h’ors d’oevres.
I don’t generally buy premade things. These are actually the freshest and most lush smoked salmon appetizers I have had in years. Good job, Traders!

These things…the name should last through summer. This is the ideal Summer Treat with a Glass of Wine. Hot weather and when you do not want to cook? Burst them out, some other little things, your wine.

I live in Austin and the store managers here and many of us (customers) wish these were available year-round. Very tasty, high-quality ingredients at a fair price. Yummy!

These never last in my house. I have to buy at least two to three packs just to be able to enjoy them. They are SUPER YUMMY.

Apparently proportion of cream cheese to salmon increased this year. Please bring back the crunchy thick sliced salmon with just a bitsy of those cream cheese please.
