Honey –
These mushrooms looked better than they tasted. The taste is very bland without a dipping sauce. I made a sauce with EVOO, herbs and spices. The mushrooms or the batter need to be seasoned.

These are amazing, as long as you ignore the baking instructions on the back. I stick them in the air fryer for 20 min at 425°. They get perfectly crispy and they don’t need any sauce. My family and I are so in love with them I’ve driven to several different Trader Joe’s stores clearing the shelves because they are seasonal and the store closest to me sold out.

Outrageously delicious with Vegenaise vegan mayo as a dipping sauce! I cook these in my air fryer at 400 for 10-20 minutes… Basically until they get nice and crispy. I haven’t tried other vegan mayos with them but that might work. I’ve tried other sauces and the Vegenaise was by far the best. I love that these are vegan and so tasty and easy to cook!
