This mix makes the best salad greens. Stays crisp like a coleslaw but is still leafy.

I always have this on hand!
I use it as a salad mix and massage into the greens a vinegrette and then let sit a few hours in the fridge to let the greens soften. Even better the next day since the greens are so hearty.
Also i just use this for a quick saute with garlic and olive oil as a side dish or a larger portion topped with an over easy egg and some toast

I like it but there was no broccoli whatsoever, and tiny bits of a brussels sprout that barely amounted to one small brussels sprout in the entire bag. It is almost entirely kale, followed by red cabbage, green cabbage, close to no brussels sprouts and zero broccoli. Just buy kale and add your own amounts of the other ingredients if you want more than just kale.
