HORRRIBLE. Not labeled that contains “healthy” dietary. What? INULIN!
Ingredients: walnuts, inulin (dietary fiber) peanuts, dark chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor [processed with alkali], cocoa butter, soy lecithin [emulsifier], vanilla extract), pea protein crisp rice (pea protein concentrate, brown rice flour [rice flour, rice bran]), dried figs (figs, rice flour), honey, date paste, pea protein …
This Bar Should Be Labeled and not just placed amongst “normal” health bars/related. It’s a mish mash and could and did send mixed “good for you”, right, not for all directions to my health and well being. I was very very disappointed and want to send a warning to all, this bar mash up is not going to go over well for everyone and it’s not labeled such, specifically referring to inulin, in any way other than you better pour over all the ingredients and their order…
FOR THOSE OF US WHO HAVE SENSITIVE STOMACHS AND RELATED…..Just horrible. Inulin is the second ingredient!
What….anything that is not perceived as the natural order and not some derivative of something not in the natural order, like brown suger, honey (almost at end of ingredients), agave syrup, etc. should be labeled as such. My error? as this bar was with all those other more “natural” order of processing section. Sold individually, but even then, the box that contains 5 of the bars is not labeled regarding inulin either. Horrible for like IBS related. I believe shame on you TJ for “fooling” those of us. I will now on read forever more any and all ingredients so that I am not tricked to thinking it’s the norm as have experienced in past when buying snack/bar related from TJ forever. I think deceptive labeling. Thank You.
