This is basically Trader Joe’s version of Emergen-C. It has all of the same types of vitamins as Emergen-C, and is the same “rip open the packet and pour it in a cup of water” process.
My only real critique here is that it doesn’t taste as good as Emergen-C – not that I think Emergen-C tastes particularly delicious, but it does have more of a soothing taste than Trader Joe’s Effervescent Orange Vitamin C. Still, this is a bit cheaper at $7.99, and I would probably buy this again in the future instead of Emergen-C.

Eww! Cough. This is okay in hot water, but in cold water it tastes really unappealing. Reminds me of the taste of “edibles,” for those who know what I’m referring to.

I can’t even describe this – the first taste you get, you think, “Hmm, pretty much like emergen-c, maybe a little sweeter.” But then you get it down, and it has the worst after-taste! And subsequent sips are gross, too. You think you’ll get used to it, but each sip is just as bad.

I have had one of these almost every day for almost 3 months. So far for the first time ever, I have not got the Holiday cold. It’s a keeper. It tastes fine to me. Just mix it and slam it. Not a sipping kind of thing. Easy to carry with you anywhere.

I love it and hope they get it back in soon.

Please, please, please don’t let this be another TJs product that quietly disappears. It tastes fine, medicine isn’t supposed to taste like candy. It works great and has a decent price.

I just drink this as a refreshing beverage on a hot day. Mix with water, throw in a few cubes and sip from a reusable straw. I like that it’s not sweet tasting, but rather has that citrusy taste. The vitamins are just a bonus! In fact I’m sipping a glass now as I type this review on it.

Add a packet to TJ’s 100% Cranberry Juice , for added benefits. Great for women. It tastes great! Much better tasting than Emerging-C, and less of an aftertaste and less artificial ingredients. Hope they bring it back; I’m in desperate search of similar product!
