I’ve tried so many gluten free flour mix from different brands, but I came to the conclusion that Trader Joe’s gluten free flour mix is the best one among all the gluten free flour in the U.S. I”be baked so many different things with it. They all tuned out to be more than perfect! This mix is a magic. It sure is much better than regular flour. I’m so sad that we can’t find it anymore at a store(I tried three different stores)though. Unfortunately, the new gluten free flour mix on the right (picture above) is so disappointing. It’s no good. Please don’t discontinue the original one! The original gluten free flour mix kept our family and friends happy for years. I’m begging you! Please Trader Joe’s!

I used this flour along with the Trader Joes Gluten Free Rolled Oats and Mrs. Fromley’s Strawberry Rhubarb Jam and made a delicious Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble. It was so good and so easy to make. I didn’t even have to cut the fruit. You can find the recipe on the Qwiznibet Foods website.

This blend is horrible. Everything I’ve made has ended up flat and “melty”. Apparently the product ingredients has changed since it was first introduced and it sounds like it went downhill. I do not recommend this product.
