I just finished dinner, and I absolutely loved these!!! Made them with chicken and peppers. Wow. I am going back to buy more to keep in the freezer, great tasting!

REALLY delicious! You can definitely tell that they have been grilled because it has that nice smoky flavor. Great for whipping up dinner in just a few minutes. I also like that the ingredient list is clean and simple: just cauliflower and salt.

I love Trader Joe’s and most of their products.
This was disgusting- the texture was very weird- threw it out.

I liked the product quality, taste, etc. But when I put it in the microwave (on a heavy duty paper plate, uncovered) the grilled portions on the florets sparked like they were covered in foil. Pretty alarming. Not sure if results would be better if covered with plastic wrap or a micro safe lid but I am going to bake them for now on.

Ok.. it’s never ok to put foil in the microwave..I don’t think I read that for the microwave instruction. However I did make this in the oven and it was mehh.. a bit soggy and needed more flavor.

When available, it’s a staple item. Cooked in the oven, with a few extra minutes than instructed is the way to go. Love it.

Baked them in the over per instructions and they came out fabulous! Just the right amount of crunch and a subtle grilled flavor.
