Not bad — the macaroni and cheese itself is 5 stars as always, tastes just like the other TJ’s frozen mad n cheese. However, the chile was fairly non-existent and didn’t seem to add anything. I thought it would add more flavor than it did.

First bite…fabulous. Cheesy, good texture a little pop of chili. A few bites later I was kind of over it. It’s just so one note. I ate it by itself, so that may be the reason. Probably would be better as a side dish

Love this! Cheesy goodness with a little bit of a kick! I sometimes like to add avocado to this to make it even more yummy!

I so agree with Anonymous (lol) it is the bomb on the first few bites, and after four or five you think “Oh. This is getting old.”
Maybe a shot of ketchup or hot sauce would do the trick?

As far as frozen Mac n Cheese goes this is pretty decent in some ways, the texture is fine and it’s cheesy, however I couldn’t taste the chili at all.
It’s also fairly bland and needed a good amount of salt.
After I dressed mine up with a bit of corn, chopped red pepper, avocado and cherry tomatoes with a spritz of fresh squeezed lime juice it was delicious.
This is a good base but is fairly boring eaten as it.

This is a tasty Mac and cheese with green Chile to spice it up. It is not super cheesy but it makes a good lunch with a soup or small salad.
