An amazingly tasty and versatile sauce. It’s sweet, piquant, subtle, savory, rich, and complex, but not spicy. Particularly delicious on almost any Middle Eastern food–brings out flavors in couscous, soups, and vegetables (probably is just as tasty on meats).

This sauce was so used in our home on its own and as a base for other sauces. Why discontinue such a good thing? PLEASE BRING IT BACK OR AT LEAST SHARE THE RECIPE.
