A wonderful product! It’s quick to fix, can be used in slices in a spaghetti sauce, in any recipe that calls for sausage, makes a great sandwich. And, it isn’t “greasy!” It also lasts for a much longer time than any real sausage would. Highly recommend!

What did you do to these? They used to be great and the texture was very meat sausage-like, which as an ex-meater eater I loved. But in the last 6 months or so they are awful. They taste different and have the consistency of a frankfurter. My dog will be getting these and then I won’t buy any more.

the consistency is not close to a sausage at all. it’s milly – disperses into lil grains as you chew – and does not have that snap a sausage has when you bite into it. the italian seasoning helped as it made it edible because it probably would’ve tasted like dog food.

Edible, but a poor substitute for the Tofurkey brand Italian style that this product displaced on my local Trader Joe shelf. The scent and the flavor have a dominant note that I cannot name but one that I find off-putting.

Please bring the Tofurkey sausages back. These taste like nothing and have a texture like firm clay crossed with soft rubber. They’re awful, and the rest of the package is going straight into the compost bin.
