I really like these, especially the strawberry cream filling which really has that strawberry ice cream type of flavor. The cookie parts are a tad bland–not enough chocolate flavor in the chocolate cookie and not enough vanilla flavor in the vanilla cookie. But the filling makes up for it for the most part!

I love and miss the peppermint Christmas Joe-Joes and was tempted by these due to placement of them all over my local store. So I bought. And regretted. Since I can’t afford to eat bad tasting sugar calories and I can’t allow myself to just throw cookies away, dangerous to keep in my house even if bad tasting so I returned them. The strawberry middle tastes like some of that freeze dried food you take back packing, or the fake strawberries in some cereals. If you’re into that, you might like, otherwise bypass for some better tasting tried and true TJ cookie.
